Data,

All type of data format accepted, catia, igs, step, x_t ...

DFM,

Feasibility evaluation, make sure part suit injection molding process.

Showing PL, gate location, tool action, draft study, warpage prevention...

Mold Flow,

Get right gate position and ensure injection process window wide enough for a robust molding.

Mold Spec,

Shows hoisting hole & cooling connector type, injcetion machine ton, tie bar space, sprue radius, K.O pattern, tool standard par, etc, make sure mold can run smoothly at customer's facility.

Mold Design,

With UG NX and AutoCAD, providing 3D data and 2d detail drawing for review.

Weekly Process Report,

Send weekly, show actual progress and make sure run trial in time.

Trial Report,

With Powerpoint, setup sheet and video shows trial details.

Dimension report,

Provide CMM or laser scan report for review.

Tool tune sheet,

Mark down every item need improve after trial, make sure everything is prefect before mold ship.

Mold Pack and Ship,

Shows packing of tool and spare parts, electrodes. Include all electronic copy of tool data.

Price and leadtime can be submitted in 36 hours. 3D, 2D data or photo work,

Free DFM could be provided on request.
